Countries were spandex is more used
In Italy spandex is not more used by women. They prefer cotton. When I have been some years ago in Cuba and riot de junior (Brazil) I remember many, many women with spandex tight (more prostitutes) in the streets but in the Latin countries spandex is more used every days by women. You know? I would assume Latin America, specifically countries in South America like Argentina. Germany seems high on the list too. I mean, the united States, leggings have made a comeback, but it’s mostly black leggings. What I’m thinking more along the lines of, is countries that wear a variety of colors and styles of spandex, and spandex that are also shiny. I lived in Japan, and although spandex is common among athletes, it’s not common among the general population. I rarely saw women in spandex there.
Sometimes ago, I have read that in 2007 in England spandex having much more happening to women non in the sport but in every days mode. I remember dude that said in London many women and girls wear shiny spandex tight under their short jackets and walk on the streets, come in the pubs, disco etc. I have had some times ago a Russian girlfriend and she wore shiny spandex tight to make shopping. She was very sexy with spandex tight under her short jackets with riding boots. Unfortunately I don’t have pics of her. Well, I think …we must go to living in UK? I dream of living in a country where spandex is much diffusing, every day, in every situation!
I can’t speak for the rest of Canada, here in Victoria, I see it all day everyday and all kinds. From leggings to kickers (between Capri’s and knee height) I live on a jogging/running/walking route and I tell you, it’s a wonderful sight. As you may have heard me say, Lulu lemon is really huge. Let’s just say that the store sees 6x the profit it’s so huge here. I should have bought share when it was at a low. So I do see a lot of lycra/spandex, but the bad part of it is, I’m getting use to it so the high emotion/excitement of seeing a babe wearing a shiny sexy tight outfit is getting duller by the day.
