Zentai in winter timeWinter is here for me in my area and it got me to think about wearing lycra body suits to stay warm at night. How many others here wear zentai to stay warm in the wintertime and how often? What are your favorite suits to wear? For myself, I’ll probably be wearing my black zentai suit with ears and tail most often as that seems to be a little more heavyweight and will keep me warm the most.
Well inside I wear my suits just as much when it is winter or summer. It would seem a little cheaper to keep the heating bills down at night if we wore suits to bed. But unless we can get 2 very small suits for trish’s chit-lins, then we have to keep the heater up lol…hmm that would be kinda neat though, seeing 2 grown people and then 2 little kids out in public in suits, say at the Zoo or something, and for the side note, I still go outside in my suits during the winter time. I don’t stay out nowhere near as long though. I either double suit it, or I’ll but on a body stocking that doesn’t have gloves under the yellow lycra suit so it’s not as “thick” feeling. We are waiting till it snows so that way we can take a video out in the snow…maybe have a snowball fight or build a snow man or something in our suits.
Zentai usage has gone way up for me as the weather has cooled down. However, it’s too cold to just wear zentai unless I wear multiple at once, and I can only really cope comfortably with two for a long period of time, so I just wear one with pjyamas over the top or just snuggle tightly in between the covers. It flattens hairs against the skin, getting rid of much of the usual insulating air-gap. It also tends to spread out any sweat and let it evaporate quicker, so the cooling effect of perspiration works quicker. I generally find it has a cooling effect in either summer or winter. (Well, unless it’s a black zentai in the sun, in which case it also absorbs sunlight!) On the other hand, just a couple of layers of spandex has been enough to keep me from shivering when outside while snow was on the ground, so I’m not sure how that happened!
